Clown of the Sea - 16"x12" - Sold -

Our trip to Newfoundland in 2022 offered us numerous opportunities to get up close to a Puffin colony near the town of Elliston. I find these sea birds very comical, but also very endearing not only in their appearance but also watching them in flight (they are actually more suited to swimming then they are flying) or waddling along on the cliff edges. Sometimes called Sea Parrots, I much prefer the nickname Clown of the Sea as each time I see these birds they put a smile on my face.
