Catch of the Day - 18"x24" Original Framed

There are few things more exciting than watching birds of prey in action. It's hard not to be impressed seeing the precision of an Osprey as it swoops down towards the water with it's sharp talons clasping tightly onto a wriggling fish. This particular piece was an exercise in light and shadow with the Osprey's powerful wings spread out wide against the clear blue sky, casting a striking silhouette as it makes its way back to its perch. I was hoping this would capture the essence of this magnificent creature at the height of its element.
